MCGP Rules
MCGP is supposed to be a fun, exciting and spontaneous experience for everyone. Like any organization and experience, there are of course limitations. Miss Canada Globe Productions is responsible for over 50 young ladies for 10 days! You can understand there are rules and regulations to follow.
It can be scary to leave home and be away from your parents. Your parents are allowed to come and stay the entire time if they choose to. They are responsible for themselves. You can’t stay in the same hotel room as your family during nationals because of busyness, early call times, etc. You will share a hotel room with other delegates. No one is allowed in your room except for you, your roommates, MCGP staff and other delegates should you choose to invite them. ALL of your roommates must agree and be okay with whoever you invite to your room. NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED IN YOUR NATIONAL ROOMS THAT YOU SHARE WITH OTHER DELEGATES. Absolutly NO BOYS or BOYFRIENDS allowed in your room or alone with a delegate during the pageant.

As a delegate, you will NEVER be alone. There are many chaperones and MCGP staff available to you for any questions, concerns or even if you just need to talk to someone. Sometimes, you won't even realize someone is looking after you and acting as security. All teens must remain with an adult at all times. Depending on the event, this could include an MCGP staff or chaperone or they can remain with a delegate of the Miss or Miss Petite category. Again, it depends on the event.
